We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It should include the original packaging when possible.
How to start a return
Email support@amazon24h.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will help make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund.
Non-returnable items
Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing required packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
